Do you guys have a limitation on the database size on your shared web hosting package?

We will honestly answer you yes.The limit of our database is 300MB which is around 50,000-200,000 MySQL records depending how you store them.

Every web hosting company enforce certain kind of limitation on their database so that fair usage is being enforced. If a particular user uses 200Gb of disk space which utilized all of the database resources, others will be left starving and performance of our server will definitely degraded. Hence, we will have to enforce such limitation to protect everyone in a shared environment.
