Solution: Check that you have entered your email address as your username, if you are not sure if your password is correct, go to cpanel to reset your password.
Solution: Check that you have enabled the option "My server requires authentication" in server tab (Email client - Account settings).
Solution: Check that you disable both the option "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" in advanced tab (Email client - Account settings).
Solution: Right click on your IMAP folder and click on Reset List
