<p style="font: normal normal normal 11px/normal Verdana, Tahoma;">To check your username or reset your password, please follow these procedures</p>
<p style="font: normal normal normal 11px/normal Verdana, Tahoma;">1) Login to your <a href="http://twopiz.com/clients/clientarea.php">billing account</a><br />2) From the Menu List, click on "My Products & Services"<br />3) From the product list, click on the View Details (Green button on the right)<br /><span style="font-style: italic;">You will be brought to the hosting details page displaying your Username and Password of your account.</span><br />Note: The password shown may not be correct if you have previously changed your password through your control panel (cpanel)<br />4) In the Enter New Password field and confirm password field, type in your new preferred password<br />5) Click on "Update"<br /><span style="font-style: italic;">Your password is now updated, you can try to login, should you have any issues, please contact us</span></p>

All passwords will be uniquely generated and sent to the billing account email address. It is therefore important to provide us with your most current email address.</span></p>
