How to do the migration?
Step 1: Sign up for a webhosting account
Your first step should be to�sign up for a hosting package with us. Once your account is activated you can move on to step two, but remember that you should not cancel your old web hosting services or inform your old host that you are moving until you have backed up your files and your domain name has been transferred or repointed.
Step 2. Back Up Your Data
It is important to ensure that you have a full backup of your web hosting account before you get ready to move. Be sure to write down any extra information you will need such as your e-mail account settings, MySQL authentication details, passwords and so on.
Step 3. Migrating your data files
At this point you should be ready to start uploading your website to your new Twopiz webhosting account, you can either let us do it for you or do it yourself.
1) Contact us to perform the migration on your behalf at no charge
To engage us to perform the migration, kindly provide us the following information.

Note: We will create the email account in your Twopiz hosting account with the same login information

2) Do it yourself
Upload all of your files using FTP with the IP address specified in your welcome e-mail and setup all databases, email accounts and configuration options via cPanel (Your new webhosting account control panel). Once done you can test your website by visiting the temporary URL, which can also be found in your welcome e-mail. Download all your emails from your old host.
Step 4. Updating Your DNS Nameservers
You should have received your DNS name servers information in the welcome email.�Update your name server information at your registrar to the following:
ns1.twopiz.com�
ns2.twopiz.com
We will take care of this step for you if you are registering a domain with us or transferring your domain name to us from another registrar.
It takes about 6 to�48 hours for a domain name to propagate worldwide (every ISP receive an update on your website move). For any further assistance feel free to contact us, we will be happy to update your name servers for you.
Step 5. That's All!
After approximately 48 hours, having confirmed your website is accessible online at its new location, you can now�terminate your previous webhosting account.
